We’re happy to announce that we have entered into a purchase agreement with a buyer who intends to continue to operate the commercial half of our property as a performance venue! Monday, May 1, 2023: Letter from the owners of Dreamland Arts
Hello Friends,
After 17 years of running Dreamland Arts, we have decided to make a change, downsize and move into an apartment nearby. Today, we are announcing the sale of our house and theater (together considered one property by Ramsey County).
We hope to find a buyer that will keep the theater building as a neighborhood arts asset for the community, and perhaps even keep it running as a theater venue. If you know of someone that might be interested in our unique mixed-use commercial and residential property (the two buildings are attached underground) please share this page with them.
We have a lot of good programming lined up for the next few months, so we hope to see you at one of our Upcoming Events. Thank you for having been on this journey with us. We feel truly fortunate to have been able to welcome so many incredible artists and audiences over the years to our little corner of St. Paul.
We don’t know exactly what we will be doing for the next phase of our artistic adventure, but we’re very much looking forward to what’s to come!
