Tap into your unique physical instincts! Learn fun movement exercises from the new dance piece INVISIBLE! Our practice is to be present and grounded in our bodies. We will heighten physical sensation and expand awareness through specific creative movement exercises. We will discover the connection between emotion and movement and learn to release this energy, allowing emotions to move through us fueling our own unique creations.
