“The Aliens” by Annie Baker
Directed by Genevieve Bennett

Set on the back patio of a coffee shop in small-town Vermont, The Aliens, by Annie Baker, follows the unlikely friendship between two men struggling against the inertia of failed dreams and a high school student on the precipice of adulthood. Their desire to connect, and frequent failure to do so, is a meditation on belonging that is both funny and heartbreaking. We’re excited to bring it to the stage at Dreamland Arts this August. The play will be directed by Genevieve Bennett, an accomplished Twin Cities director and faculty member at the St Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists.

Featuring: Will Schmitt, Carl Hallberg, and Nigel Berkeley
