“I could NEVER do that!” Oh? How about this instead: “I haven’t done that YET!” The new year is upon us and it’s time to leap into those resolutions to be more active/courageous/creative. Maybe you’ve harbored aspirations of being a performer (or not!). Maybe you wish you could overcome that bothersome stage fright that trips us up when we’re giving presentations or engaging in difficult conversations. Maybe you want to test yourself in 2023 and see how brave you can be. Here’s your chance to explore the connection between improvisation and fulfillment!

This 90-minute, pay-what-you-wish improv workshop is fun, supportive, and liberating. Please join Jim Robinson and Dreamland Arts for this in-person event, the first in a series on Improvisation and Mental Health. If you take this chance in January, who knows what February will bring!
